It's that simple: By sending the completed application form, the data is registered with our partner SES. SES runs Team works! in Germany and forms the tandems for the internships with its experienced professionals.

  • The programme is open to young people between 18 and 30 years of age who are at the end of their training or just beginning working life. (Applications from people that are younger or older cannot be considered.)
  • At least 1.5-2 years of work experience
  • Required documents: CV, motivational letter, if available qualification certificate
  • Application cycles:

Applications from Dec-March with deadline 31 March are processed April-June: the internships usually take place Aug-Nov.

Applications from April-July with a deadline of 31 July are processed from August to Nov: the internships usually take place Dec-Mar.

Applications Aug-Nov with deadline 30 Nov are processed Dec-March: internships usually take place April-July.

  • What are your motives and personal motivation for applying to take part in Team works! in Germany?
  • What professional experience do you have? In which areas would you like to do your internship? What would you like to learn during your internship?
  • What expectations do you have of participating in Team works! and the AGYO?
  • Have you already been involved in (development) policy in the past and can you imagine doing so in the future?
