In the status report as part of the final proof of use, the project partners report on everything that has happened during the project, the extent to which the project objectives have been achieved and any implementation challenges there have been (summary target/actual comparison).
For all phases, a programme schedule is to be attached to the status report, in which all activities within the scope of the project are listed. Participant lists must be kept for all events carried out as part of the project and a copy of these lists must be attached to the report. Please refer to our documents "Participant list" and "Programme schedule", which are available in the document center.
All materials and documents published as part of the project must be enclosed with the final proof-of-use documents.
